Casa Greppi is a lovely flat on two levels, located in the historic centre of Varenna, a stone's throw from the lake, the characteristic beach of "Molo di sotto", the picturesque "Riva Grande", the famous lakeside promenade, and extremely close to the main tourist attractions as well as restaurants, shops, bars and clubs.

On the ground floor is the entrance hall leading into the living area divided into a dining area and a small lounge with TV. The yellow of the sun colours this part of the house. The new kitchen is fully equipped with, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all cooking equipment. A graceful internal staircase leads to the upper floor where a pastel green colour of the banister and wardrobe "those of yesteryear" welcome the guest to the sleeping area, with bedroom with two single beds, and master bedroom with double bed. Right in front of the latter, a glimpse of the lake can be seen peeking out from the roofs of the traditional Varennese houses. The floor is completed by a completely renovated bathroom complete with shower cubicle, washbasin, bidet and WC.

The flat is completed with LED TV, WIFI, A/C in the two bedrooms.

The flat is located in the centre of Varenna, just 700 metres from the Varenna/Esino station with trains to and from Milan at all hours, and 300 metres from the landing stage which connects Varenna to Bellagio, Cadenabbia, Menaggio, Tremezzo and the whole of the lake centre.
