Set within a cliff on the outskirts of South Shields in Tyne and Wear, is this superb first-floor apartment, The Look Out.
Living up to its name, with fantastic views overlooking Marsden Beach and out to the sea, The Look Out is a fabulous pet-friendly home from home for a couple and their pooch.
Park-up in the off-road space on the cliff top, payable in cash directly before accessing your new home via a lift, please note the lift is available between 10am - 10pm and access will be via the stairs outside of these times.
Be greeted by a delightful, enclosed patio where you can dine alfresco with a sea view or play a game of fetch with your canine companion.
Step into the kitchen/diner, where you can whip up tasty meals ready to enjoy at the dining table for two over a celebratory bottle of fizz.
After dinner, head through to the bedroom where you can relax on the sofa and select your favourite film from the TV as the evening’s entertainment.
After a day of enjoying the delights of the beach and local area, freshen up with a hot shower, before climbing into the sumptuous double bed to catch your rest ahead of another adventure-filled day.
Marsden Beach is right on your doorstep, with its golden sands and calm waters, it is the perfect place to bathe with your favourite book, build sandcastles with the little ones or paddle the waters.

There is a double bed and a shower room. Outside, there is a front patio with seating and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.9 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Due to the property's location WiFi is extremely limited and there is no phone signal, please consider this when booking. Escape to Northumberla.
