Single-story gite located on the ground floor of the owners' house.
It comprises a living room, dining room with open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with a 140*190 cm bed, and 1 bedroom with a 90*190 cm bed and 2 bunk beds (90*190 cm), 1 shower room, and 1 separate toilet.
Enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue, swing.
Heating and hot water via heat pump at an additional cost.
Possibility to park the car in the courtyard with a closed gate.
Storage room for skis and bikes, closed but not secured (no key lock). Located at the crossroads of the Louron and Aure Valleys, on the road towards St Lary, this single-story gite is ideal for discovering all the riches of this region: Pyrenean passes, hiking, canyoning, fun activities...
With an enclosed garden and children's games, enjoyable family moments are to be expected.
