On the ground floor you will find: an equipped kitchen opened onto the living room where you will have at your disposal a flat screen television, a sound, an USB/iPod connection, a DVD and a CD player, a library.
On the first floor: one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a toilet and a large bedroom with a double bed. On the second floor: one bedroom with two single beds for the children.
On the outside: a 230m2fenced area (courtyard and garden) where you will be able to park two cars and enjoy some relaxing moments amongst the flowers and the shrubs.
Free wireless internet.
There is a 4€/15kg bag of granules for the heating.

Séjour très agréable en terres du Champagne. Village très calme.Le gîte est très propre et fonctionnel ainsi que la piscine. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très discrets.Je recommande vivement ce gîte situé à 30 mn de Troyes.Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Nous avons séjourné dans de nombreux gîtes au fil des ans. Nous possédons une « boîte de vacances » contenant tous les ustensiles qui manquent habituellement dans la cuisine. Pour la première fois, nous n'en avions pas besoin !
