Located in the charming area of Cala San Vicente, just a short drive from Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, Villa Mar Clara offers the perfect balance of tranquillity, comfort and proximity to the sea.
It is just 300 metres from the stunning Cala Molins beach and is surrounded by various restaurants, bars and beach bars, making it an excellent choice for those who want a relaxing holiday without the need for long journeys. The villa was completely renovated in the winter of 2022 using high-quality materials and in accordance with the latest energy and environmental regulations.

The entire living area is arranged on a single floor (the upper level is closed off and used solely for storage). It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and two with twin beds.

The living-dining room is comfortable and very bright, equipped with a Smart TV and air conditioning with a heat pump, ideal for cool spring or autumn evenings as well as hot summer days.
The kitchen is modern and functional, with quality appliances including a dishwasher and an oven.
There is also a separate laundry room with a washing machine. Outside, the villa features a private pool and a pleasant terrace area perfect for enjoying Mallorca’s wonderful climate.
Although it does not have private parking, it is easy to park on the street directly in front of the property. A lovely villa tucked away down a quiet street. Our stay at Josep’s place was an absolute pleasure. The villa is surrounded by mountains and there’s a short walk down to the two coves. A short drive away is Pollenca and Port de Pollenca, both of which are beautiful
