Villa with swimming pool and garden, located in the heart of Selva di Fasano, just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Torrecanne.
Villa Manfredi is a historic villa, with a classic and cosy décor, and is on the ground floor. The entrance opens onto the spacious living area with sofas and armchairs, gathered around the fireplace and TV. An arch leads to the dining room and the kitchen, equipped with all amenities including an oven, a dishwasher, an additional dining table and a TV.
The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, one a single bed and one a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms complete the layout, one with a shower and one with a bathtub with shower curtain.
The jewel of the villa is the swimming pool and the garden furnished with sun loungers, a dining table and a pergola with a lounge area.
Free WiFi, air conditioning in some rooms and in the living room and a washing machine will be available in the accommodation.

Fasano, located between the provinces of Brindisi and Bari, is dominated by the hills of the forest that gently slope down to the sea through an endless expanse of thousand-year-old olive trees and characteristic masserie. The picturesque historical centre is lime-dyed and the numerous churches in the alleys characterise the scenery of the place, together with the imposing historical buildings that tell of this city's glorious past. Piazza Ciaia, the Torrione delle Fogge and the Church of San Giovanni Battista are all worth a visit. The hilly area of Selva dominates the town with its villas surrounded by greenery and the Minaret. To the east are the seaside villages, in particular Savelletri and Torre Canne as well as the Archaeological Park of Egnazia. Just a few kilometres away is Cisternino, a village recognised as one of the most beautiful in Italy, Alberobello whose famous trulli have been a World Heritage Site since 1996, Ostuni, the famous White City, and Monopoli and Polignano a Mare, ancient fishing villages with a charming historic centre and beautiful beaches. To the north (60 km) we find Bari, the gateway to the Orient, while moving south we first encounter the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, then Brindisi to reach Lecce, the capital of Baroque. Moving westwards there is Taranto, the heart of Magna Graecia, and finally Matera, characteristic for its "sassi" and European capital of culture.
The airports of Bari and Brindisi are respectively 60 and 50 minutes' drive from the accommodation.
