Villa with pool and garden, located in the heart of Selva di Fasano, just a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Torrecanne.
Villa Manfredi is a historic villa with classic and welcoming furnishings, spread across the ground floor.
The entrance opens into a large living area with sofas and armchairs gathered around a fireplace and TV. An archway leads to the dining room and kitchen, equipped with all amenities including an oven, dishwasher, an additional dining table, and a TV. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, two with double beds, one with a single bed, and one with a double sofa bed. Two bathrooms complete the layout, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and shower curtain. The highlight of the villa is the swimming pool and the garden furnished with sun loungers, a dining table, and a pergola with a lounge area.
