A warm welcome to Sellin on Rügen! Whether for a family holiday or a break with friends – our stylish holiday apartment offers a wonderful place to relax.
A living room, an integrated kitchen, a separate bedroom, a shower room, a storage room, and a terrace are at your disposal. After a day at the beach or a stroll along Wilhelmstraße, it's time to put your feet up and relax! In the living room, you can watch a good film on the sofa or simply sit together comfortably and plan your next exciting day on Rügen. The integrated kitchen of the holiday apartment is fully equipped for warm breakfast rolls, light snacks in between, and delicious dinners.
It includes an induction hob, an oven with a pyrolytic cleaning function, a microwave, and a dishwasher, as well as a dining area. In the separate bedroom of the holiday apartment on Rügen, there is a comfortable double bed (180 cm).
Two additional people can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Dreaming of relaxing in the fresh Baltic Sea air? Or of reading sessions in the sun? The holiday apartment includes its own terrace with garden furniture and a beach chair – ideal for outdoor relaxation! Your children can play in the on-site sandpit in the meantime. For checking emails or surfing, you can use the free on-site Wi-Fi (8 Mbit), and additionally, you have your own internet access via a Congstar homespot – both are, of course, free of charge! You can park your car in the private parking space (No. 12a). We look forward to welcoming you! See you soon at the "Parkresidenz Concordia" on Rügen! General Information: The apartment has a small workspace (desk in the living room) and its own washing machine.
Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available for shared use (for a small fee).
A hairdryer and a cosmetic mirror are provided in the bathroom, as well as a clothes rack and a vacuum cleaner, and a coat rack.
The floors are laid with easy-care vinyl.

Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Es ist alles vorhanden, was in einem Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Abwicklung lief hervorragend. Bei einem Problem mit den Sanitäranlagen war innerhalb von einer halben Stunde Hilfe vor Ort.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie war komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. :-)
Die Ausstattung war wirklich fantastisch.
Auch die Terrasse mit dem Strandkorb lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gerne wieder.
