Spend your summer holidays with family or friends on the Côte de Jade. 55 km from Nantes, between Pornic and La Plaine-sur-Mer, Préfailles is one of the oldest seaside resorts in Loire Atlantique, where nature reigns supreme. Préfailles has managed to preserve its natural assets and architectural charm. Take a stroll down the narrow streets or along the rocky coast and you'll come across a number of 1900s villas in unrivalled architectural styles, known here as "Les Dames de la Côte" (the Ladies of the Coast), so much a part of the history of this little seaside town. Just 130 m from the town centre, shops, bars and restaurants and 300 m from the seafront, Villa Ker Annik is ideally located for exploring the many facets of the southern Loire region on foot or by bike.
As one of the most atypical of the "Dames de Préfailles", Villa Ker Annik is 180m² in size, set in a small, secluded plot, and can sleep up to 11 people.
It comprises an office, a dining room with fireplace, a separate kitchen equipped with all the appliances you need to feel at home, fridge-freezers, cooking hob, microwave, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, thermomix and much more. The large living room with fireplace gives access to a shaded terrace and garden. For maximum comfort, all the garden furniture and a summer kitchen with gas hob are at your disposal. A separate outdoor shower and toilet is available for when you return from fishing or the beach, and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and childcare equipment completes the house.
On the night side, on the ground floor you will find 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with access to a games room. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
You can park up to 2 cars in the house's secure grounds. For additional spaces, the car parks in the centre are just a stone's throw away
