Only the guests specified in the contract are permitted on the property. Children, infants and babies must also be specified as individual persons. In case of overcrowding, Holidu or the host is entitled to demand additional payment for the respective period of time. The landlord is also entitled to expel the excess persons from the property.
The only thing on the first floor is the spacious living room with the large, very bright conservatory, the open, well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. From here, internal stairs lead up to the large, secluded roof terrace on the one hand and down to the two bedrooms with another bathroom, which are located on the pool area level, on the other hand. In addition to air conditioning (hot/cold), the living room also has a large flat screen TV with German, digital satellite TV and a wireless Internet connection.
Behind the large, wooden cupboard in the kitchen, which is open on two sides, there is a small storage room in which the boiler and the refrigerator are located. Here you can also conveniently stow your drinks or all your supplies, for example, without them always getting in the way.
Both bedrooms are quite small and very simply designed - if you expect luxury, this is definitely not the place for you. Like the shower room shown here, they are on the lower level of the house. From here, a staircase leads up to the large living room, the open kitchen, the second bathroom, but also via an outside door down to the great pool area and the really tasteful terraces. From the living room you can then go up another internal staircase to the large roof terrace.
The large pool was only completed in 2012 - today there would be no more approval for such construction measures. Since then, along with the various Antoni Gaudi elements on the various terrace levels, it has certainly been the highlight of this very beautiful and somewhat extravagant holiday home in the middle of Cómpeta. Usually this is a saltwater pool; but you hardly notice it, because the water tastes just a little bit like salt. However, depending on the outside temperature, the pool is also operated with chlorine tablets, as is the case with almost all swimming pools. There is more than enough space around the pool for your sun loungers.
There are many nooks and crannies on the approx. 600 sqm large, terraced property of Casa Mila, where you just like to spend your holidays. Whether it's by the pool, at the lower or upper entrance to the house, behind the house by the brick charcoal grill or at the top of the garden, you simply choose the corner that you like best at the moment.
Renting a car or a private car is mandatory, as this holiday home is located in the countryside, there are no street names and it is not accessible by public transport.
Pool season: normally from 01 April to 31 October

Internet (WLAN): 4, - Euro per day, to be paid in cash at the hotel.
Your on-site support speaks German, English and Spanish.
We will meet you at an easy-to-find location, drive with you to your holiday home, hand you the keys and tell you about all the special features of the house and the surroundings. Should there be any problems, we will be at your disposal by email and/or telephone.
Due to legal regulations in Andalusia, we need the following information from all tenants prior to arrival: Name, surname, sex, date of birth, DNI and date of issue, as well as the email address and mobile phone number of the main tenant for contact purposes.
Please note: keys can be handed over on the day of arrival from 16:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 there is a night supplement of 50, - Euro and between 24:00 and 01:00 there is a night supplement of 80, - Euro. It is NOT possible to hand over the keys or to arrive at the house when your flight lands after 23:00 as scheduled. So if you have a night flight arriving later than 23.00 in Malaga we recommend you to book a hotel room directly at the airport!
For the use of central heating (of course only on explicit request and if available according to the property description) 100, - Euro per week (= max. one large gas bottle) have to be paid.
Pets allowed upon an extra fee per pet per night.
Please inform us BEFORE booking about the breed of dogs, size, long or short hair!
Note about electricity costs for houses with air-conditioning and/or electric heating: On the day of arrival and departure we read the electricity meter together with you. If the consumption is higher than the amount included in the rental price (150 kw per week or 21.5 kw per day for stays of more than one week), an additional cash payment must be paid on site (0.39 euros per kw) for this part of consumption. With economical or reasonable electricity consumption, you can expect around 150 kw per week.
Please note that a deposit of 400€ must be paid in cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, once it has been verified that there are no damages, within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
