COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OF CONDUCT INDICATED IN THE APARTMENT IS REQUIRED. - The residence has a PARKING where it is possible to park according to availability (NOT guaranteed). The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Shared swimming pool. All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law. For check-ins between 22:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows: EUR 30 from 22:00 to 00:00 EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30 It is not possible to check-in after 01:30, not even for a fee. As requested by the Municipality of Erice, upon arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of 1,00€ per person per night in cash, for the first 5 nights.

Children under 10 are exempt.

The tourist tax does not have to be paid from 1/11 to 31/3. In case of incorrect waste disposal, according to the rules that will be communicated during check-in, a penalty of 50 euros will be applied. In case of loss of the keys, a penalty of 20 euros will be applied.
