Das Haus hat zwei Terassen und ist eingezäunt, mit kleinen Kindern optimal.
Der Geruch im Keller.

Die Gegend um das Haus.
In den Nachbarhäusern haben viele Hunde gewohnt, die ununterbrochen gebellt haben.
Von Erholung keine Spur.
Man darf keine Haustiere mitbringen, doch kann Nachts nichts schlafen, da andauernd Hunde bellen.
Es war sehr viel kaputt im Haus.
Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Markise ist fast von der Wand gefallen.

El vecino , un tal Daniel , que te molesta desde el min 1 , te despierta con insultos desde la ventana te observa y vigila como la vieja del visillo , un individuos sospechoso y con muy malas artes , un impresentable .
