Agence Cocoonr offers this charming 110 m² duplex flat, ideally located in the heart of Vannes city centre.
It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the top floor of a character building, the flat is accessed via a period staircase.
Please note that there is no lift and that access may be difficult for people with reduced mobility. The accommodation comprises Ground floor: - A 30 m² living room with TV - A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine... - 1 double bedroom with Queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC 1st floor: - A second bedroom with a double bed (140x190) - Bathroom with bath and WC - A small mezzanine area with a 2-seater sofa For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. Transport links : - Nearest train station: Vannes 8 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique 1h30 - The accommodation is located in a pedestrian street, not accessible by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - No smoking - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser located in a launderette approximately 750m from the accommodation.
ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 9.00 pm but remains accessible 24 hours a day for our travellers. On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Fewo in super Lage direkt in der Fußgängerzone und nur ein paar Schritte vom Hafen mit tollen Bistrots und Restaurants. Für 2 Paare super geeignet mit zwei separaten Etagen und zwei Bädern. Gerne wieder.

The apartment is lovely, with period features in a great location, on a street close to the port and the centre of town. Everything is close by and the apartment is comfortable, spacious and well equipped. The agency were easy to communicate with and flexible. I'd definitely recommend.

Unser Aufenthalt war prima! Eine sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Für meinen Geschmack war das große Bett zu hart. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert worden. Der Zugang durch das Haus führt über ein enges und steiles Treppenhaus. Das kann für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen ein Ausschlusskriterium 6. Für uns war das kein Problem.
