Inside the property is a homely and comfortable lounge with loving attention to detail where you can sit on the Ercol sofa or one of the armchairs in front of the TV. Continue into the dining room, which is an intimate space with a table and four chairs. The kitchen is compact with bright and cheerful colours and plenty of natural light streaming in through the sash window. Climb the stairs to reach the lovely family bathroom and two bedrooms – a double with an en-suite and a twin room. Outside, relax in the small gravel courtyard with garden furniture.

The property is located in the small residential area of Roundham, just 0.5 miles from the centre of Paignton, where you’ll find seafood restaurants, dog-friendly pubs and cafes as well as plenty of shops. Less than 500 metres away is Fairy Cove, which is perfect for a morning dip. Other great swim spots around include South Sands Beach (0.5 miles) and Paignton Beach (0.5 miles). If you’re away with your kids, check out Pirates Bay Adventure Golf (0.5 miles) or head to the zoo (1.5 miles). The best green spaces nearby are the Clennon Valley Lakes (1 mile) and a bit further afield you can find Berry Head National Nature Reserve (6.5 miles).
