Charming apartment located at the entrance to the island of Ortigia, a short walk from the sea and the Rossana Maiorca cycle path, which offers splendid views of the coast.
The entrance to the apartment is on the first floor, but inside it is spread over three levels.
On the first level, you will find a bright living area with a double sofa bed, a dining table, an open-plan kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils, and a small guest bathroom with a toilet and sink. Going up the stairs located in the living room leads to the second level where the bedroom is located, equipped with a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the third and final level, there is a laundry room which provides access to the wonderful sea-view terrace, furnished with a dining table and a lounge area with a coffee table and sofas. Air conditioning and heating with a heat pump will be available in the accommodation. *A tourist tax may be required upon arrival or a few days before arrival, the amount of which varies according to local regulations.
