Lovely flat situated on the outskirts of the island of Ortigia, a few steps from the sea and the Rossana Maiorca cycle path which offers splendid views of the coast.


The entrance to the flat is on the first floor, but inside it is on three levels. On the first level there is a bright living room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, an open kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils, and a small bathroom with toilet and sink.

Going up the stairs in the living room, you reach the second level where there is a bedroom with a double bed and a large en suite bathroom with shower.

On the third and last level there is a laundry room from which you can access the wonderful terrace with sea view, furnished with a dining table and a lounge area with a small table and sofas.

Air conditioning and heating with heat pump will be available in the accommodation.

For lovers of relaxation and the sea, eastern Sicily and the surrounding area of Syracuse offer everything one could wish for. Starting from the ancient Greek city and heading south, the best equipped and most beautiful beaches to explore are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella and Fontane Bianche, whose name derives from the natural freshwater springs and the particular white colour of the sand. Inside the island of Ortigia, you will also find equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno) and a small free beach called Cala Rossa. Further south, some 30 km away, we find beautiful, unspoilt and inaccessible beaches, including Calamosche, Vendicari with its Natural Fauna Oasis and the beautiful San Lorenzo. For culture enthusiasts, the Greek theatre of Syracuse and the entire archaeological park with the Ear of Dionysius, a cave carved into the limestone in the shape of a human ear, the Paolo Orsi museum, and the Latomie dei Cappuccini, as well as Ortigia itself with its historical and cultural beauty as well as its landscape, are definitely worth a visit. Not to be overlooked are Noto, the seafront with the tuna fishery of Avola, and finally the seaside village of Marzamemi. In short, Sicily is a land to explore and its natural and cultural beauties are treasures to feast your eyes on.


The airport of Catania Fontanarossa is an hour's drive from the flat.
