Situated on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 26 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two spacious bedrooms, a study and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rent and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation comprises the following: - A 26 m² living room with a TV - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee machine… - Two bedrooms, each with one queen-size bed (160×200) - A study with a glass partition opening onto one of the bedrooms, featuring a single sofa bed. - Two bathrooms with shower and bath - A separate toilet The flat is ideally situated in Villeurbanne, in a very pleasant neighbourhood.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park near the flat on the street (paid parking). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest railway station: Part-Dieu, less than 10 minutes away by metro. - Nearest airport: St-Exupéry Airport On arrival, you will be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘move-in-ready’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it. The apartment is really well set out and has everything you need to make it feel like home.You have a washing machine and a clothes airer, a shopping trolley, a Nespresso coffee machine, a full-size oven, fridge and freezer - basically everything you need to live comfortably. The location is also excellent.
