Just spent a week at Lodge Farm Cottage.Great comfortable and clean cottage.Lovely comfy bed, only thing we wouldhave liked is a shower.Big hill up to Howarth which we walkedup every day.Amazing Sunday lunch in the Hawthorn.Had lunch at the Mill Stack, literallyon the doorstep but was disappointing.I loved the shire horse on the field nextdoor.We had a great week.

Beautiful cosy cottage with lovely country views my only negative comment is the distance from the cottage to Howarth I like to be more central to a town it was a 30 minute walk ok in the summer but not in the winter
