We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Courseulles-sur-Mer, this charming flat with a surface of 28 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers.
Located on the ground floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace to enjoy the sea air. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 15 m² living room with TV, two sofa beds (single) and dining area. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with bathtub. - Separate toilet Outside : - A terrace of 8 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. The flat is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Nearby: - Juno Beach located at 1.1 km (14 minutes on foot) - Marina 280m away (4 minutes walk) - Juno Beach Museum 600 m (8 minutes walk) - Sailing school 450 m away (6 minutes on foot) - Parc de l'Edit 2.1 km away (26 minutes on foot) - JOA Casino in St Aubin 6.2 km (12 minutes by car) - Caen 20 km away (26 minutes by car) - Bayeux 20 km away (26 minutes by car) Activities : You will have the opportunity to enjoy a large number of activities accessible on foot from the flat: walks or bike rides along the coast, walk along the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, Casino, Visit of the Juno Beach museum... Ruhige Anlage, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, Hundeauslauf direkt hinter der Anlage. Der Strand war zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Hundestrand ein Örtchen weiter, gut mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
Bevor wir überhaupt einziehen konnten, mussten wir nach einer langen Anreise erst einmal die Wohnung gründlichst reinigen, dies dauerte gut 2 Std. , (ein Reinigungsteam wurde uns erst f.d. nächsten Tag angeboten aber in dem "Dreck" wollten wir nicht schlafen!!)) . Das komplette Kücheninventar musste...
