This apartment, on the 3rd floor with elevator, can accommodate 4 people.
The first bedroom has a 160x200 bed and the second 2 single beds (possibility to bring them together to make a double). You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The apartment is equipped with a smart TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine...
The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and the toilet are separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is 15 minutes away by bus. Line 2, at the foot of the building, takes you directly to the city centre.
Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path goes all around the lake). Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage. ⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day. In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening. When we collected the keys, the agent kindly gave us a bottle of wine to welcome us to Annecy.
A brilliant location, immaculately clean and comfortable.
Washing machine with detergent available was excellent.
Balcony for an evening glass of wine.

Despite reaching out to our host the following day from arriving to explain we didn’t have enough bath towels (1 for 4 people) and no third key to access coffee/tea - the host didn’t get back to us.
