It is a great location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. This is a new and high end development of a small number of apartments. As you enter the communal driveaway there is private parking for one vehicle. As you head through the locked gate you enter a small courtyard area with an outdoor staircase heading up the apartment. Outside the front door is a small area for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. As you enter the front door you arrive into the spacious and stylish kitchen and living area. To your right is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room and the main bathroom. To your left is the second bedroom which can be made up as a twin or super king room.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with the car park space downstairs. The outdoor areas such as the courtyard and staircases are communal and out of respect to our neighbors we ask that this property is not suitable for under 12s.

Please note that this property is close to a train line, however the trains are not fast through Chichester and it is a well insulated and modern apartment so the noise is minor.
