About this space
Surround yourself with style in this modern, architect designed city apartment. This 2 bedroom, newly refurbished apartment is in a private, securely gated residence in Chichester, a close walk to the town centre. It is a great location from which to explore the area of Chichester, the South Downs or attend a Goodwood event. The perfect getaway, you'll have a lovely time in this comfortable and well thought-out home.
The space
This is a new and high end development of a small number of apartments. As you enter the communal driveaway there is private parking for one vehicle. As you head through the locked gate you enter a small courtyard area with an outdoor staircase heading up the apartment. Outside the front door is a small area for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. As you enter the front door you arrive into the spacious and stylish kitchen and living area. To your right is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room and the main bathroom. To your left is the second bedroom which can be made up as a twin or super king room.
Guest access
The entire apartment is yours to enjoy along with the car park space downstairs. The outdoor areas such as the courtyard and staircases are communal and out of respect to our neighbors we ask that this property is not suitable for under 12s.
Other things to note
Please note that this property is close to a train line, however the trains are not fast through Chichester and it is a well insulated and modern apartment so the noise is minor.
For added security, the property is equipped with an exterior camera and a Ring Doorbell Camera at the entrance. Please note that the noise function is disabled to ensure your privacy.

There is a local cornershop 5 mins walk away and a co-op store with parking 10 mins walk away. The town centre is 15 mins walk away
