It comprises a lovely 55 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a 450 m² garden.

The accommodation comprises - A 55 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Three bedrooms with 1 double bed (140×190) and 2 queen-size beds (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron... Exterior: - A Bali stone swimming pool, treated by salt and chlorine filtration (private, heated from May to September) - A beautiful 450 m² garden and terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park. To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the Cocoonr teams (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge (concierge / housekeeping service). Paradis We enjoyed our stay at Ty Paradis. The property has all of the amenities you need and is a great choice if you’re visiting Dinan. We enjoyed the heated pool, which was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The hosts agent, Vanessa, was very responsive and helpful during our stay. We would recommend this property for your visit to Dinan.
