Converted from old terraced houses that once housed our ship builders, we provide everything you could ever need for a great stay. So whether you are in town to toe tap to live Irish music or get lost in history among the plethora of museums, our bright, fresh and comfortable dwelling is the perfect Belfast spot to base yourself :)


Our apartment is located on the Upper Newtonards Road area of the city. It is in east Belfast and so benefits from its close proximity to the many, many restaurants and bars which are just a short walk away. This includes more local offerings as well as the bigger chains of Tim Hortons and Starbucks. It is also just on the fringes of the city centre so if you do want to head into the centre of Belfast or visit any of the city's attractions, you can jump on the glider (fast bus), take a cheap taxi, or simply walk.


The apartment has been beautifully refurbished with brand new plush and very comfortable furnishings. Relax in the open plan living room with comfy sofa and wall mounted TV, cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, take a long hot shower in the brand new bathroom suite after a full day sightseeing, or relax on the crisp white sheets on the incredibly soft beds. We also have two bathrooms (one main and one en suite) so no queueing!


For your convenience, entry is via lockbox located just beside the door so you can arrive at any time after 3pm (Don't worry if you get held up!), free parking is available most of the day on the street just in front of the apartment, and there is a washing machine that is free to use in case you are in the middle of a longer trip and need to do a quick clothes wash.


And also, rest easy – we conform to all Airbnb's cleaning protocols and our place is professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay by one of Belfast's top rated cleaning companies.


Finally, we want to be as accommodating as possible so although check in is after 3pm and check out is prior to 11am, if you do need leeway on this we will be happy to provide it if possible! Just ask us closer to the time :)

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.


The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.


Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
