This holiday home is located approx. 124 km from Limoges and approx. 10 km from Argentat in the beautiful Correze. It is a beautiful detached villa with a large swimming pool and a plot of 3600 m² offering you every opportunity to relax.

Enjoy the peace and quiet on the large terrace or play the French national game together on the private boules court. The absolute highlight of the house is the private pool in the garden. Here you can relax on the loungers and soak up the sun or take a dip in the water. Why not round off your evening with a barbecue on the furnished terrace? Five car parking spaces are available, which you can use free of charge. Pets are not allowed.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of ten people and is ideal for two families. The accommodation has a living room on the ground floor with two cosy sofas, a TV, a music system and an open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a large dining table, leaving nothing to be desired. The ground floor bedroom has a double bed (2 metres wide) with large doors to the terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and hairdryer. The separate guest WC has a toilet and another washbasin. The other four bedrooms are located on the upper floor. One of them is furnished with a double bed (2 m wide) and the others each have two single beds (each 0.90 m wide). Two single beds can be converted into a comfortable double bed (without bed frame) with prior notice. Four further single beds can be pushed together as required. There is also a bathroom on this floor, which is equipped with a bathtub and washbasin. A separate WC has a toilet and another washbasin. The landlord will be happy to provide you with a high chair, children's toys in a play corner and board games for adults free of charge. There is heating and free WLAN throughout the house. You can also use a washing machine and tumble dryer if required.

You can also explore the beautiful natural surroundings of the Correze on the house's own mountain bikes or choose one of the wonderful hiking routes. If the weather is not so nice, simply cosy up in front of the large fireplace or take a trip to Collonges-la-Rouge, one of the most picturesque villages in France. The nearest village centre with a grocery store, cafés and restaurants is only four kilometres away.
