This flat for six people is for rent in the centre of L'Escala. It is a five minute walk to the beach of Las Barcas, bars and restaurants, local shops and cultural activities.

About fifteen minutes walk away is the beach of Riells and about 15-20 minutes you can enjoy the promenade of Empúries. The Natural Park of Montgrí is 10 minutes by car.

The accommodation is distributed on one floor, of which it is a first floor with lift, it has a communal swimming pool above the building. There is a small balcony with a table for fresh air.

The living-dining room has air conditioning, TV, a double sofa bed and a table for six.

The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped with electrical appliances and kitchenware, it has a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave.

This accommodation has two bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and one bedroom with two single beds. All beds offer bed linen, duvets or blankets and pillows. There is a bathroom with shower. There is a cot available in the wardrobe.


This accommodation has heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, clothes horse with clothes pegs.

PLEASE NOTE: from 01/10 to 30/05 the car park is not available.

The bed linen is included in the final cleaning price.

Mandatory services: Tourist tax 1€/person/night (over 16 years old). Towels (11,90€ per booking which includes a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).
