Spacious and comfortable terraced house in the heart of Agaete, located between the pier and the urban center of Agaete.
The house features three large bedrooms, hammocks, shaded areas, an outdoor shower, fruit trees, and a large rooftop terrace with fantastic views of the Tamadaba Natural Park.
It also has a porch at the entrance, ideal for enjoying a good local coffee, and a huge interior patio.
The house is perfect for families looking to relax, go hiking, practice water sports, or discover the island. There is ample space in front of the house where you can easily park. Agaete is a fishing village, with its urban center situated at an altitude of 43 meters above sea level.
The topography of Agaete is generally very rugged.
Three main basins stand out: El Risco, Guayedra, and Agaete, reaching a maximum altitude of 1,180 meters in the summit area of Pinar de Tamadaba. The Tamadaba Natural Park is a protected area and contains the largest pine forest in Gran Canaria.
Towards the sea, the massif descends through steep slopes, deep ravines, and rugged cliffs, creating a landscape of great beauty, highlighted by the impressive Roque Faneque, whose 1,008 meters of height drop vertically into the sea, considered one of the highest active cliffs in the world.
In the upper part of the massif, above 1,000 meters in altitude, a flat area appears, occupied by a dense forest of Canary pines. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, großzügig geschnitten, schöner Innenbereich, große Dachterrasse. In wenigen Minuten ist man per Auto in Puerto de las Nieves am Meer, dort gute Restaurants. Prima Standort für Erkundung des Inselnordens, der Westküste und des Agaete-Tals. Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Bei Rückfragen/Problemen gab es sehr schnelle Rückmeldungen.
