Ponente is a flat located within a structure immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the Chiavari hills, from which it is possible to enjoy a breathtaking view that sweeps from the city to the horizon of the sea.

The accommodation is ideal for couples, families and groups of 4 people.



ENVELOPMENTS

The flat consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, a living room and, on a lower floor, a kitchen-living room. Finally, a large, airy terrace offers the possibility of enjoying the sea view while dining or simply relaxing.

Finally, in the same building there are two other accommodations that can be booked through Affitti Brevi Italia. Ideal therefore in this formula for larger groups.



LOCATION


The structure is accessible from the panoramic Aurelia road, in the stretch connecting Chiavari to Zoagli and Rapallo.

The city centre is less than two kilometres from the villa and can be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. The entrance to the motorway is also very close to the accommodation. The Ponente flat is therefore ideal for visiting the entire Ligurian Riviera, including Portofino and the Cinque Terre, as well as Chiavari with its charming historic centre and its medieval alleyways, its boutiques and typical small restaurants, its beaches, its wide and modern promenade contrasting with the characteristic and historic fishermen's square.
