Living room, kitchen, lounge (1 single bed), 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 140 x 190cm), bathroom (corner bath).
Balcony terrace and gravel terrace on the ground floor of the house.
Large private gravel courtyard and vast private natural land of 1ha (meadows).
Sheets included, beds made and towels included.
Total floor space: 90m² including attic areas. Carefully renovated 18th century country farm, located in the "Heart of Savoie" 25 km from Albertville, 32 km from the slopes and 3.5 km from the developed and monitored lake of Carouge.
