Gas, electricity by solar water heaters, fireplace (wood included).
Vast flat land around the house.
Nice outdoor space.
Possibility to store bikes in the next door barn. "Chalet d'Alpage" located in the countryside, on the edge of a hiking trail.
Superb environment of forests and pastures in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Chartreuse.
Access by car to tourism on a flat and concave path on 900m.
