Casa Vigia is a holiday home with a very beautiful, scenic location in the hills near Conil.
The private pool is quite large and nicely designed.
The adjoining terraces and the covered barbecue area are also perfect for a comfortable family holiday.
From the first-floor terrace, you can access a small tower offering a great view over the Conil landscape all the way to the sea. Details: 3 bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor with a double bed and en-suite bathroom – and 2 further bedrooms with 2 single beds each on the ground floor.
All bedrooms have mosquito screens. Bright living room with sofa, fireplace, TV with Spanish and international (satellite) channels, dining table with chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, stove, washing machine, microwave, large refrigerator, and all necessary kitchen appliances. There are 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor en-suite to the master bedroom. The house is adjoined by a covered barbecue terrace, where you will find a built-in barbecue and a dining table with chairs. The large pool has a shallow area at the entrance – perfect for chilling on sun loungers. The pool area is fenced, and a further small terrace with a parasol adjoins it. The property is fully fenced, with ample parking space on the premises, and even a carport is available. As with almost all houses in the "Campo" of Conil, the house is not connected to the public water supply.
