Drumherum war alles super fußläufig zu erreichen.
Nicht schlimm, aber leider kann man auf dem Balkon kein WLAN benutzen....

Während man auf der Couch liegt, kann man den Sonnenuntergang betrachten.
Die Betten sind bequem.
In der Erdgeschoss Wohnung (vorher nicht klar) gehen die Mitmenschen direkt an den Fenstern und der „Terrasse“ vorbei. Es gibt keine Privatsphäre.
Die Türschlosskarte muss an der Rezeption abgeholt werden, die sehr schlecht mit Bussen zu erreichen ist (1,5km mit Gepäck laufen).

Lage sehr gut, Wohnung sehr groß. Möbel teilweise sehr billig (Couch, Betten gut, aber Schränke sehr billig und schön zusammen gebaut). Türgriffe knarzen.
