Elegant villa with bright interiors, heated pool and spectacular views of the golf course and mountains. The villa is located 300 metres above sea level on the Salobre Golf course with views of the golf course and mountains. It is the perfect location, only a few minutes drive from the beautiful golden sandy beaches of the south of the island.
The house
The house is decorated in a modern style, with elegant design details. Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom with bath and shower and 1 living room with dining area and kitchen.
The house is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, blender, washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, safe, air conditioning (hot/cold), internet (WIFI) , satellite TV and DVD player.
The outdoor area
The covered terrace and the pool area offer plenty of space to relax. Outside there is a covered terrace, dining area, sun loungers, parasol, barbecue (for a fee), garden, parking and private pool (5.5 mx 4 m / 1.5 m) with electric pool heating (fee) and solar pool heating (ideal bathing temperatures cannot be guaranteed).
