De douchekop was hoognodig aan vervanging toe.

Dichtbij de Middelandse Zee, op loopafstand van het kiezelstrand. Aan de overkant kun je lekker en goedkoop uit eten.
Alles in huis is versleten, 1 doorgezakt bed, Een serre met douchegordijnen als zonwering, alleen maar lauw water om te douchen, versleten tuinset. Doorgezakt dressoir, incompleet servies en bestek, kapot koffiezetapparaat, Bureuastoelen om op te zitten waarvan 1 doorgezakt, De airco kan helaas niet...
