This charming rustic house is located on a very quiet street in a neighborhood with easy parking and is almost unique in the area.
Nobody can imagine that behind a simple white and blue facade with two windows, the house hides a spectacular 500 m2 garden with a 10x5 m pool. exclusive use for tenants.
Not only that makes it special, it is also located in the city center, just 4 minutes walk from the Town Hall and 7 minutes walk from the beach.
There are supermarkets within a 4-minute walk and restaurants within a 5-minute walk.
A 4-minute walk away is the Tram stop (connecting tram with the high-speed train in Alicante) and Alicante airport, in El Altet, is 22 minutes away by car. The port and water sports activities are only 1000 meters away. Coming home
The shabbiness and run down nature of the property, all of the clutter, the hundreds of plastic flowers and plants, the dirty pillows, lack of bedding, the sticky work surfaces in the kitchen. The only redeeming feature was the garden and pool even though this too was cluttered with plastic flowers, ornaments and solar lights that didn’t work.

First class experience. Most website pics were of garden and pool, which are lovely, but the inside was also spot on - clean, tidy and very comfortable. We mixed eating out and cooking in and everything needed was on hand. Definitely recommend for a family.

nous avons passé un bon séjour car nous connaissons bien el Campello. un quartier calme. le cachet de cette location est le jardin avec la piscine. des choses sont à améliorer dans le logement. eau froide uniquement dans la salle de bain de l'habitation et la partie cuisine un peu grasse lié au plan de travail difficile à nettoyer.
