Welcome to this modern house in Maria de la Salud, a 15-20 minute drive from Playa de Muro.
Here, our guests will find a beautiful place for their vacation with a private pool.
The house is located in the quiet village of Maria de la Salud, and you can walk to the center where there is a grocery store, restaurants, and bars.
More services and gas stations can be found in Can Picafort, Sa Pobla, or Muro.
By car, you can reach the northern beaches, Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, or Puerto de Alcúdia. The house features 3 bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a private salt-water pool, and a terrace.
The pool measures 8 x 3 meters and has a depth of 1.6 meters.
The 3 bedrooms each have a double bed, and there are 2 bathrooms with showers and hairdryers, as well as access to a balcony or terrace.
Additionally, there is Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The largest bedroom upstairs has an air conditioning unit.
The other upstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air conditioning from the large bedroom will cool the room.
The downstairs bedroom does not have air conditioning, but if you leave the door open, the air from the living room is sufficient to cool the room.
The house has been lovingly restored, preserving its authentic style.
A crib and high chair are available upon request. Please note: A tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, exists in the Balearic Islands and must be paid by every guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.20 per night per person in high season and €0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link using a Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.
This information will be sent via email.
The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
Events, parties, and pets are not allowed.

Cleanness, modern house, airco, pool, very modest en cute little place
We had to buy our own toilet paper , dishwasher cubes and garbage bags.

Das Design des Hauses ist sehr ansprechend, es ist ausreichend Platz. Die Einrichtung war neuwertig.
Das Haus war leider nicht sauber als wir gekommen sind. Die Böden waren schmutzig, überall lagen Haare und Staub. Die Küchenfronten waren schmutzig. Auf Anfrage war am nächsten Tag eine freundliche Dame da, die alles gereinigt hat.
