La posizione dell'alloggio: ben soleggiato, terrazza ampia con tavolo e sedie, buona varietà di stoviglie presenti, utilissimi fornetto elettrico e a microonde e congelatore.
Nota negativa il letto: materasso scomodo, letto in posizione difficile sia per sdaraiarsi che per sistemare le lenzuola
