Benedicta is located on the first floor of Sarah and Florent's home, enjoying a view in the trees.
Air-conditioned living room-lounge-kitchen opening onto the 18m² south-facing terrace covered by a pergola, an air-conditioned bedroom (160x200) facing east-west with a dressing room and a comfortable office area, a bathroom with shower 'Italian and corner bath, a separate toilet.
The outdoor area is enclosed and you will benefit from independent access and a private terrace.
The swimming pool is to be shared with the owners (size 5x10m, open from May to September depending on the weather, secured by a sliding cover, located 150m from the gîte).
You will be charmed, Sarah and Florent will just make you want to come back.
The apartment has benefited from a beautiful renovation and has been transformed into a pleasant and very functional rental which will bring you all the comfort you could want for your holidays: air conditioning, swimming pool, garden, terrace, linen provided, quiet property, proximity to amenities without being isolated...
In Drôme Provençale, just 1 hour from Valence and Avignon and bordering Ardèche, Vaucluse and Gard, the Benedicta gîte will be ideal as a base for discovering the most beautiful sites in the region and enjoy Provence or simply for a rest in a pleasant, beautiful and intimate setting.
Vaison-la-Romaine, la Garde-Adhémar, Grignan, Nyons, the Ardèche gorges, wine route circuit, medieval villages and castles, Provençal markets are many ideas for discovery.
Nearby: the belvedere offers a bird's eye view of the plain.

Nous avons passé trois jours très agréable, reposant, dans un gîte douillet et chaleureu, la décoration et faite avec goût et dans des matières nobles, "magnifique" tout et fait avec le coeur.Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles, nous pensons bien revenir pour un plus long séjour.

Une très jolie "déco" pour ce gîte spacieu, très bien équipé et pensé. Nous y avons passé une semaine fort agréable à la découverte de la Drôme provençale (petits villages typiques, gastronomie...) aidés en cela par les bons conseils des propriétaires attentionnés. Un grand merci à eu !

Une semaine trop courte dans un endroit très calme et beau où l'on se détend!Conforme au descriptif, gîte douillet, agréable, très propre. Une déco soignée, ambiance Provence chic. Bien situé pour sillonner, découvrir, se balader etc..., entre Drôme, Vaucluse, Ardèche. Pas de quoi s'ennuyer! Et de plus un très bon accueil des propriétaires, sympathiques, discrets et attentionnés.
