Welcome to flat 25 in Haus am See!
You enter the bright studio flat on the top 2nd floor of the house via the staircase and the enclosed arcade. The bright room with laminate flooring is divided into a sleeping, dining and cooking area.

The white foldaway bed offers two separate, comfortable beds (80*200 cm) with built-in lamps at the headboard.
At the opposite end you enter the small shower room with illuminated mirror cabinet, 2 sockets, daylight window, WC and shower cubicle.
From the dining table at the window front you can enjoy the marvellous view from the 2nd floor over the lake. With this view, the holiday menu from the adjoining kitchenette tastes twice as good. This is equipped with a fridge with freezer compartment, 2-burner ceramic hob, sink, standard appliances and crockery.

On the furnished south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening with a view over the lake, the hotel's own sunbathing lawn with direct access to the water, jetty and barbecue.
A TV and a compact system provide entertainment if required. WLAN is available here free of charge.
You will find space for your holiday wardrobe in the two-door wardrobe.

All our accommodations are non-smoking flats. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask you to keep the balcony door closed.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed on holiday in this flat. Please ask us for alternatives.
