The living area has 2 sofas, an armchair and a dining table, with a panoramic window looking towards the balcony. Outside, you’ll find 4 garden chairs, a lounger and a hooded beach chair. The kitchenette includes an oven, microwave and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Wi-Fi and a TV are also available.
The bedroom has a double bed measuring 1.90 x 2 m. The bathroom includes a shower and hairdryer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are in the building’s basement, and there is covered bicycle parking in the courtyard.
The beach is approximately 300 m away on foot. A café and a restaurant are approximately 36 m and 62 m away respectively in a straight line, while a supermarket is about 240 m away in a straight line.
There is no parking space. You may drive into the pedestrian zone to load and unload. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Check-in is from 06:00 to 21:59 and check-out from 05:00 to 09:59.

Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. In dieser Wohnung fühlt man sich Wohl und willkommen Wir hatten einen schönen Winterurlaub und haben uns gut erholt. Der Service des Vermittler Frädrich hat dazu beigetragen den Urlaub genießen zu können. Wir brauchten uns um nichts zu kümmern. Alles war perfekt.

Die Wohnung ist ist nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, liegt in der Stadt über Rossman und bietet alles was nötig ist. Schön ist der gr .Balkon mit Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen. Ich würde gerne noch einmal die Wohnung mieten.
