The cottage is as follows:
- On the ground floor: an entrance, an open kitchen, a living room welcoming the living room and the living room opening onto the outside.
Also, 3 bedrooms (2 140 x 190 beds, 2 90 x 190 beds - including 1 bunk for a child), a shower room and a toilet.
Part of the garage is accessible to you to use the washing machine and to store your belongings, bicycles/motorcycles. - Upstairs, you will have 2 bedrooms (1 bed 180 x 200 and 1 bed 140 x 190), a bathroom with toilet and a games/reading area on the mezzanine. Outside, on an enclosed plot of 75m² facing south, you will enjoy a terrace and a garden.
Two private parking spaces inside the property.
The gite is adjoining (by a carport) to the owners' house.

A stone's throw from Vannes and close to Auray, the town has many advantages for a successful stay! You will be charmed by its sumptuous coast and its multitude of islands offering magnificent panoramas along the coastal paths.
For your lazy days, the beaches of Penboc'h and Kerbilouet are perfect at high tide.
The village and the shops are 5 minutes by car to accommodate your stay. The house is ideally located as it is a few minutes walk from the beaches and small coves, and access to the Sentier des Douaniers, the GR34, is only 3 minutes walk away for lovely walks in perspective!

Belles Chambres au 1re étage mais une baignoire pas pratique. 3 chambres en rez de chaussée 2 avec des lits de 140 dont 1 lit sans pied donc trop bas pour des personnes handicapées. Le canapé beaucoup trop profond très inconfortable. Les extérieurs ne sont pas accueillant. Sinon le reste est bien
