Het huis was zeer goed, voorzien van alle comfort en net. Maar we zijn absoluut niet akkoord met de extra som, genaamd "Borg" bij de afhandeling van het dossier. Dit is NIET transparant. Achteraf zegt m'n dat de som volledig gaat naar schoonmaak en Services. Dit is geen borg ... en dit moet duidelijk zijn bij bestelling.

Das Haus war ausgezeichnet, komfortabel ausgestattet und sauber. Wir sind jedoch mit dem zusätzlichen Betrag, der bei der Bearbeitung der Anfrage als „Kaution“ bezeichnet wurde, absolut nicht einverstanden. Das ist nicht transparent. Im Nachhinein wird behauptet, der gesamte Betrag sei für Reinigung...
