Pretty house, in the Varengeville meadow


The Varengeville meadow is a green country setting 1.5 km from the centre of the village, in a peaceful setting.

Three houses follow one another along the path crossing the meadow.

The house in the middle is Marguerite's house. It sleeps 6 people.

The house at the top is called "la maison des Petites Bruyères" (another rental for 8 people). Then, at the bottom, there is a house occupied all year round.

The green space is completely open and thus gives a beautiful perspective on the valley.

The Maison de Marguerite, a former barn, completely renovated, has a beautiful living space, made up of a lounge with a stove in the fireplace and piano, and a dining room / kitchen, separated by the old half-timbering, stripped of their cob. The kitchen has a fridge, small freezer, electric oven and hob (2 rings), microwave, double sink, dishwasher and traditional filter coffee machine. It opens onto a small entrance/cloakroom.

There is a shower room with WC on the ground floor, a washing machine and tumble dryer.

After the living room is a comfortable bedroom (with 1 bed 140 x 190 cm and a small desk).

Upstairs is a small landing leading to 2 bedrooms, one with 2 beds 90 x 200 cm and an extra mattress (for a child) and one with a bed 140 x 190 cm and a washbasin.

The garden is bordered by a gravel terrace, equipped with a dining table and chairs and chiliennes. A table tennis table and swing are available for the enjoyment of young and old alike.

Draps and towels provided. Beds are made on arrival.

Private parking for 2 cars inside the property.

Access to Varengeville beach is on foot, via a lovely 20-30 minute walk through the village and woods.
