Up to 6 people can be accommodated here. On the ground floor of the two-story house built into the hillside, you will find the spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and an adjoining kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob and a convection oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with an ice dispenser, as well as appliances and dishes for cooking for larger groups. There is a large gas grill on the patio.

From the spacious, wrap-around terrace with seating for up to 15 people and outdoor lounge furniture, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the bay of Salò. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a loft area with a sofa and TV.

Both bedrooms are equipped with fans; one has direct access to the pool area. On the ground floor, there is a separate area for 2 additional people with a double bedroom and a single bed. Additionally, the lower floor has another bathroom with a shower and a sauna. The pool area with sun loungers, a hammock, and an outdoor shower, as well as the garden with olive trees, are for the exclusive use of guests and are naturally screened from view by the wooded border. There are 2-3 parking spaces available on the property. The Salò lake promenade can be reached in 5-8 minutes on foot via a path with several stairs.
