As soon as you step through the door, you'll find yourself in a cosy, fully air-conditioned triplex Alsatian loft comprising

2nd level
- Air-conditioned living/dining room with a large table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas, 1 large flat-screen TV

- Electric shutters throughout the first floor

- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...) and built-in counter with stools


3rd level
- Air-conditioned bedroom with non-separable double bed opening onto a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.

- An open staircase leads from the 3rd level to a mezzanine with 2 armchairs and a study area.


Located in the lively Petite France district, you will be right in the heart of Strasbourg's historic city centre, where you can discover the region's typical architecture as well as numerous restaurants and local shops.


As the flat is located on a pedestrian square, there is no direct access by car (several public car parks are available nearby)

- it will be cleaned for your arrival

- beds will be made with clean sheets

- clean towels and bath mats

- Wifi available throughout the apartment


It should be noted that due to the presence of numerous staircases, some of which have open steps, the flat is not recommended for small children who could fall.


This flat is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, chichas and any other smoking devices is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 extra cleaning charge.


Bed linen, towels and standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave, as well as tidying up inside the flat. If you do not wish to do this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the flat for 30 euros before your arrival. If you do not book this option in advance and do not comply with these instructions, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.
