A 60 m² sea-view flat located in Pornichet which has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people. The apartment has a lovely terrace with a sea view, equipped with garden furniture, an electric plancha, internet access via Wi-Fi, a television and a DVD player. The separate kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and crepe maker. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, iron and hairdryer. A parking space for a small car in a private underground car park completes this rental (a large SUV, 4X4 or other vehicle cannot park there).
Note that the beach is supervised during the summer.

direkt am Meer gelegen. sehr nette Übergabe und eine sehr schöne Wohnung. wir waren zu zweit theoretisch aber auch zu viert in Ordnung. in der Nähe alles was man so braucht. eine tolle Biobäckerei und ein sehr schönes Strandlokal mit tollen kleinen Gerichten.

L’appartement est idéalement situé face à la mer. L’accès direct à la plage se fait par le sous sol sans difficulté particulière. L’immeuble est sécurisé. Tout est bien pour passer de bonnes vacances.
