On the first hill of Baveno, in a sunny and panoramic position, is Villa Palmito with a private heated swimming pool (closed from October 1st).
The villa belongs to a complex of 3 villas but is completely independent.
From the parking and garage level, a staircase leads to the raised ground floor.
Here you will find the main entrance with a large living room featuring a lounge area, two armchairs that convert into single beds, satellite TV, a stereo system, a dining table, and a modern, well-equipped kitchen open to the living room.
In front of the living room, there is a large lake-view terrace with flowers and plants, a large dining table, a spacious outdoor lounge area, and a barbecue area with another smaller table.
Completing this floor is a bathroom with a very large shower.
From this floor, you descend to the garage level, where there is a laundry room with a washing machine, a large enclosed garage for 2 cars, and an open covered garage for another 2 cars.
From the living room level, going up the stairs leads to the first floor, where there is a single bedroom overlooking the swimming pool behind the house, a bathroom with a shower, and the main double bedroom with a TV, lake view, and a lovely floral terrace furnished with a table and chairs.
On the top floor, there is a half-bathroom without a shower and a large bedroom with a lake view, TV, two queen-size beds, and one double bed.
The house has air conditioning and Wi-Fi, and the furnishings are new.
From the ground floor terrace, ascending the stairs leads to the garden at the rear of the villa, where the new heated swimming pool (4 x 8 x 1.40 meters deep) is located, surrounded by umbrellas, sun loungers, and a shower.
From one side of the sunbathing area, you can enjoy lake views.

Very nice house with beautiful location in Baveno only to recommend
My husband and I had six nights in this beautiful villa in Baveno. It is high in the town with a 10 minute walk down to the ferries/train/bus, as the listing indicates. So it is perfect to explore the islands of Lake Maggiore, as well as the other towns along the shores. Being that high, the villa has an amazing view of the lake and islands. The beds were very comfortable and it was quiet allowing for great sleeps after long days of hiking and exploring. Titziana (our Lake Maggiore villa contact) was great to deal with regarding the rental and got back to us quickly with answers and information. Check in and out was easy. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa.
