In the hamlet Laghetto 3 km from the centre of Colico, on the outskirts, 35 km from the centre of Lecco, 67 km from the centre of Como, 1 km from the lake, on a main road in the countryside.
For shared use: natural garden 200 m2. Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, fireplace.
In the complex: restaurant, hot tub (extra). Bread roll service. 300 m long narrow motor access to the house.

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, Mega freundliche Gastgeber. Osteria direkt gegenüber mit sehr gutem Essen.
Zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes (08/2025) war direkt vor dem Haus eine Baustelle, die ab 7:00 Uhr extrem viel Lärm machte.
Leider hat das Haus keine Klimaanlage, was sich in der Nacht mit hohen Zimmertemperaturen bemerkbar machte.
Zudem ist der Geräuschpegel der Straße (SS36) doch sehr dominant.

Appartement ligt in een rustige omgeving met veel groen om ons heen.
Huisje is praktisch ingericht met fijne koele grote slaapkamers.
Alles was brandschoon.
Host was aardig en konden via app makkelijk communiceren.
Omgeving is FANTASTISCH! Comomeer is wonderschoon met haar bijbehorende dorpjes.
Wij hebben echt een fantastische week gehad!

Das Haus hat liegt im Wald mit eigenem Bach und sehr schöner Terasse. Das Restaurant, das zum Haus gehört ist top, sehr gutes Essen mit normalen Preisen.
