Very beautiful, quietly located, and modern vacation apartment.
It is located as a granny flat in a bungalow.
There are no stairs or steps.
Built in 2016, completely renovated.
We look forward to welcoming our guests; a family atmosphere awaits you.
Our tomcat is free-roaming and moves around the entire property.
We hope this is not a problem for our guests.
There are diverse shopping opportunities 2 km away.
The nearest bus stop is 300m away.
The nearest train station is approximately 800m away.
The train line connects Fürth/Odw and Weinheim.
Trains run between every 30 and 60 minutes.
As is well known, the Odenwald forest has many cycling and hiking trails.
The surrounding area is also very attractive for motorcyclists.
Additionally, there are many sights and leisure activities nearby.
Information on these is available in the apartment.
There is no fast-charging station for e-cars, but e-bikes can be charged.
One more request:
It would be nice if our guests would wash their dishes at the end of their stay and put them back in their respective kitchen cabinets.
Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you would dispose of your trash.
These two services are not included in the final cleaning. Underfloor heating, electric roller shutters with central control, heated towel rail. ---------------------------------------- Electricity, water, use of the charcoal grill, and parking in front of the apartment are of course included in the price.
