The apartment is located on the 2nd (and last floor) of the castle. It is composed as follows:
- On the main level: a living room with kitchen, living room and lounge, then 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 x 200), a bathroom and a separate toilet.
- In duplex: a landing bedroom on the mezzanine (1 bed 90 x 190) and a separate bedroom under the eaves (2 beds 90x190).
A laundry room with 3 washing machines is at your disposal on the 2nd floor (shared with the 5 other apartments).
Outside, several spaces with garden furniture and barbecues are set up in the park, you will also have a small covered area with sinks. The estate hosts 5 other apartments set up in the castle, a cottage, a cabin and the owners' house. All facilities (playground, swimming pool, etc.) and parking are shared. The estate is bordered to the north by the train line, all accommodation, the park and activities (tennis, swimming pool, games) are to the south. This magnificent Estate was the holiday resort of the Countess of Ségur who inspired her most beautiful novels! Here, a change of scenery is guaranteed: the castle park is very large and very rich: outbuildings, a wood, a meadow where deer come to stroll, in an exceptional panorama with private pedestrian access to the Auray river and the viaduct. All nature lovers will be delighted and children will be enchanted by the large garden, the tennis court and the other possibilities for outdoor games (table tennis, badminton, trampoline, swing set, bowling green, etc.). But above all, the estate's greatest attraction is its large 16 x 8 m outdoor swimming pool.
