A typical Breton holiday home with stone walls and exposed beams.
It comprises: - On the ground floor: a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, and dining room. - Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed 160x200cm), 1 bedroom (3 single beds 90x190cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Outside, there is a paved terrace overlooking an enclosed garden.
The property includes 6 apartments located in the château, a cabin, and the owners' house.
All facilities (outdoor games, swimming pool - unheated, open from mid-June to mid-September - etc.) and the large parking area (50m from the cottage) are shared.
The property is bordered to the north by the railway line; all accommodations, the grounds, and activities (tennis, swimming pool, games) are located to the south. This magnificent estate belonged to the Countess of Ségur and inspired her most beautiful novels! Here, the change of scenery is guaranteed: the castle park is very vast and very rich: outbuildings, a wood, a meadow where the deer come to stroll, in an exceptional panorama with private pedestrian access to access the Auray river and the viaduct.
All nature lovers will be delighted and children will be enchanted by the large garden, the tennis court and the other possibilities for outdoor games (table tennis, badminton, trampoline, climbing frame, bowling green...). Séjour de deux semaines dans la petite maison. Très agréable. Très bien équipée. Propriété magnifique, très bien entretenue, au calme. Vraiment reposant. Piscine, terrain de tennis, panier de basket, trampoline, ping-pong à disposition dans l’enceinte de la propriété. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement disponibles, de bon conseil pour visiter la région.

Très agréable séjour tant dans la propriété que pour les multiples escapades possibles à proximité et la qualité de la plage de Saint Pierre près de Locmariaquer accessible après guère plus de 25 minutes de voiture et une petite traversée de la dune.Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, bref on reviendra encore avec les petits enfants qui ont été également enchantés
